Global Warming

Sooo, you know is time to change our world? Don't you?
Well, here is a video you can show your friends or familiy or whoever you want, to make them be concious about the Global Warming.
This is a video made for the propaganda os golbal warming at  Copenhagegen Climate Meeting in 2015.
Let's think about the future generation and start saving the world.

CLIMATE CHANGES APP

Hi guys.
Well I was searching about climate changes and their effects, and in the Nasa web-page I found some  interesting apps for Android or ios. The porpouse of this apps are basicly to get ourselfs aware of waht's going on in the world.
The three apps are made by NASA.

1. EARTH NOW

It’s free, it’s dazzling and it puts Earth in the palm of your hands. NASA’s “Earth Now” app displays real-time global satellite data of your planet’s vital signs. Great for students, teachers and anyone interested in Earth science, this 3D app can be your go-to source for carbon dioxide conditions, gravity anomalies, ozone levels over Antarctica and more. Download it to your Apple or Androiddevice to keep your eye on the Earth.

2. IMAGES OF CHANGES

Human activities, a changing climate and natural disasters are rapidly altering the face of our planet. Both NASA satellites and ground photographers have captured these changes in the form of eye-opening before-and-after images of phenomena ranging from glacial retreat to urbanization. Each image can be viewed side-by-side or with an interactive slider and in context on a world map. Download it for free to your iPhone and iPad to learn about your changing world.

3. OFFSETT

NASA’s latest educational game, Offset, is part-pong, part-resource management and 100 percent retro. The goal is to slow the pace of global warming, and players learn how the global carbon cycle works, about different carbon sources and about the ways alternative energy and reforestation can help offset those sources. Take on the challenge if you think you have quick fingers and strong multitasking skills!

GLOBAL WARMING

I remember when I was on Primary School that my Biology Teacher always told me that the Global Warming was increasing and that it was going to have a big impact in some years. Well, those some years have already passed and we don’t see a notorious change, but it doesn’t mean that the planet is the same, actually, it’s worse. The gases that we usually use go to the atmosphere and damage our ozone layer, which protects our planet from all strange and dangerous things that are out in space. But, what could happen if this layer is damaged or in the worst case, it breaks? Our planet would be vulnerable to all these dangerous things, apart from the possibility that the sun could transmit more heat than now and our planet could suffer completely hot weather that could kill people. I’m not a scientist, that means that I don’t know completely about this topic, but this is a blog to post opinions about the Environment and situations related to them, so I only wanted to share my opinions with you and you are free to share yours.

NATURAL DISASTERS

Two weeks ago there was another earthquake in our country. It’s intensity was of 5,8 in Richter’s scale, that means that it was enough strong to scare people. As I mentioned it, it did scared some people. I was at home watching the Match between Peru and Paraguay with my grandpa when it started. Immediately , I catch my pizza and my grandpa and went out, obviously slow, because when there is an earthquake the worst thing you can do is to lose the calmness. This event made me think about the natural disasters that are happening more and more and if we evaluate that, most of the people don’t know how to react to this situations. I also believe that most of the people don’t have an emergency bag like is  recommended. Nowadays like the technology is very development, people can research what to do when these situations happen. It’s possible to deal with it, we only have to focus on it.

CLIMATE CHANGES

Nowadays the weather changes more often than before. We can be one day with an extreme hot weather and the next day it will be extreme cold. Also, we can experience this change when we drive on the road, like it lately is happening to me when I come back from school: When I leave the school the weather is hot and when I arrive home it’s cold. That’s a good example of the problems that climate changes are producing in our country and in the entire world.

I wanted to share this experience with you guys because it’s time that we take awareness about this to change it.

COP20

This December our country will be host from an international conference called COP20. This conference is organized to talk about a controversial topic which everybody should pay attention to: The Environment. A lot of international leathers who interest about this topic are going to come to our country for this meeting between 1st and 12nd of December. Our country is not the most helpful with this problem, but there is a possibility that this could change, starting with the Ideologies, when such as important people meet hear to try to fight this problem. The change starts with us. We are responsible for this, that means, that we are able to correct it. Let’s do it!
